Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage in door-to-door lead generation activities.
Responsible for Fixing appointments for the generated leads with our architects.
Contact potential leads provided by the company to schedule meetings and follow up on interest.
Provide regular updates to the ECR office on sales progress, and any potential challenges.
Work closely with the sales team to enhance outreach strategies.
Understand and communicate customer needs effectively to the management.
Requirements:
Qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any degree is acceptable.
Experience: 2-4 years in sales, preferably in industrial products like UPVC, switches, ply, or tiles.
Languages: Proficiency in Tamil and English (spoken and written).
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Adaptability: Willingness to travel to generate clients and for client meetings.
