The purpose of our recruitment policy is to ensure that we have a consistent, fair and cost effective approach to the way that we recruit and select candidates for our clients. In doing so we aim to make Cynosure Corporate Solutions an employer of choice.
The aims of this policy and of the recruitment procedure are to enable selection of the best person for the job, to provide a structured approach to the recruitment process, to ensure consistency is achieved across the group and, to comply with our own diversity policy and with recruitment legislation.

We recognise that Cynosures success depends upon the calibre of its people. Our recruitment policy therefore is to identify clearly the role and responsibilities of each job and its contribution to the client as a whole, being flexible where possible in our working practices in order to attract and retain a high calibre of employee. To ensure that we integrate our career development programme with the needs of our clients and our employees, wherever possible we will offer newly available posts to candidates available in our database before seeking a wider range of candidates.

If you have a team of recruiters to work on your requirements and only need matching profiles, we have a solution just right for you, provide us with the Job Description and we will provide you with suitable Resumes, you can carry on with the interview process. A small or mid size company may not be able to afford a Newspaper ad or may not have a big response due to the size of their brand, this is where we can help you by giving you the right profiles for you to recruit from. We have access to leading job portals, and also have a large size database internally maintained by Cynosure, so you can ask for the profiles and make sure the requirement is held confidential by your team without external influence.
