Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and manage the sales pipeline.
Address customer inquiries and objections effectively.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the industry trends and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and telephony systems.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Candidates who can speak Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, or Hindi are at an added advantage.
