The Project Manager / Senior Manager Accounts will manage end-to-end accounting and finance projects while leading and mentoring accounting teams. The role ensures accurate financial operations, statutory compliance, timely closures, and high-quality financial deliverables in alignment with organizational standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounting and finance-related projects
Lead and handle a team of accounting professionals
Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure timely task closure
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and reconciliations
Handle month-end and year-end closing activities
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors
Prepare, review, and present MIS reports and financial statements
Track project timelines, deliverables, and financial accuracy
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
CA Qualified or CA Inter
Strong experience in accounting operations and statutory compliance
Proven team handling and people management experience
Hands-on experience with audits, MIS, and financial reporting
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and process adherence
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
