Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Air Conditioning industry.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions.
Promote and market A/C systems, solutions, and related services.
Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed targets.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of proven sales/marketing experience in the Air Conditioning industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
