Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential customers in need of generators for residential, commercial, or industrial use.
Demonstrate and explain generator features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, and networking.
Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up regularly.
Customer Relationship Management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and negotiate pricing.
Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends.
Provide feedback to the team for improving sales strategies.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Meet or exceed sales targets and deadlines.

Skills and Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with generator products (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in Tamil and English (other languages are an added advantage).
Two-wheeler with License is mandatory.
