Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process for high-volume hiring, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for non-IT projects
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and laws
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement
Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
0-1 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-volume hiring environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
