Key Responsibilities:

Conducting outbound calls to potential customers and educating them about our home services.
Building and maintaining a strong relationship with customers by providing excellent service and addressing their needs.
Keeping track of customer inquiries and following up on leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
Identifying potential clients and generating leads through market research and networking.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
Assisting customers in scheduling appointments and resolving any issues they may have.
Maintaining accurate records of calls and sales in our CRM database.
Collaborating with the sales team and providing them with customer feedback to improve our services.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the home services industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and influence customers.
Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office.
Good negotiation and sales skills.
Organized, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual candidates are preferred.
