Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage banquet events and functions end-to-end
Interact with clients to understand event requirements and expectations
Coordinate with vendors, catering, and internal teams for smooth execution
Ensure timely setup and execution of events as per the plan.
Handle guest queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
Monitor event flow and resolve issues on the spot
Maintain event schedules, bookings, and coordination records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any Graduate (Hotel Management/Event Management preferred)
1-3 years of experience in banquet/event coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good coordination and multitasking ability
Customer-focused with problem-solving approach
Female candidates preferred (Male candidates can also be considered)
