Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately enter and maintain data related to production, inventory, shipments, and other factory activities in relevant systems.
Inventory Management: Assist in tracking inventory levels, investigating discrepancies, and coordinating cycle counts.
Documentation & Filing: Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate records, including production orders, invoices, shipping documents, and employee information.
Communication & Coordination: Communicate effectively with various departments within the factory, including production, quality control, and logistics.
Shipping & Receiving Support: Assist with processing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.
Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including managing supplies and coordinating maintenance.
General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the factory team, including answering phones, handling mail, and scheduling meetings.
Ensure Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Barcode Label Management: Assist in the creation, printing, and tracking of barcode labels for various products and processes.
Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the factory.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of inventory management principles is a plus.
