Principal Accountabilities
To drive the business by identifying opportunities
Developing comprehensive Business Plans
Resourcing the Plans &implementing them
To handle MICE team national / international level, sales team and create business calendar.
Close coordination with MICE team to ensure sales plans
Develop detail business plans to encash the opportunities
Identify Business Opportunities for Travel Business by utilizing the micro level data and the market
To grow the business – Top line and impact the bottom line

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Competence Essential Desirable
Education Bachelor’s degree from reputed institution MBA
Work Experience Travel Industry – at least for the last 7 years
Knowledge MICE, Ticketing business, International Travel, International Network in the Travel industry
Organizing, Leading, Team building, Negotiations, Planning and Execution

Key Performance Indicators
• Growth in Revenue and Profits of the Travel Business
• Growth in top line and bottom line from the MICE/ Exhibition or any agreed focused segment
• Achievement of business parameters such as working capital management, customer segment-wise Profitability etc.
• Customer Satisfaction Index
