Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Competence Essential Desirable
Education Bachelor’s degree from reputed institution MBA
Work Experience Travel Industry – at least for the last 7 years
Knowledge MICE, Ticketing business, International Travel, International Network in the Travel industry
Organizing, Leading, Team building, Negotiations, Planning and Execution
Key Performance Indicators
• Growth in Revenue and Profits of the Travel Business
• Growth in top line and bottom line from the MICE/ Exhibition or any agreed focused segment
• Achievement of business parameters such as working capital management, customer segment-wise Profitability etc.
• Customer Satisfaction Index
