Position Requirements:
College diploma or university degree in the field of Computer Science.
Minimum 1 or 2 years’ experience in IT Computer Hardware Field.
Candidate Should be know Hindi & English ( Fluence in Hindi & English ).
Optional Candidate Should Know South Regional Languages ( Tamil,Telugu,Kannada,Malayalam).
Excellent communications skills, especially over the telephone and Need to give remote support.
Excellent Technical skills required for Computer Hardware , OS Installation , Software Support.
Good interpersonal skills and attention to Proper Customer Service.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Weekly six working days Monday to Saturday.
