Minimum 4-year experience in software development including team management and client handling in IT organization
Strong working knowledge of HTML/CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, PHP, Laravel Framework and MySQL
Functional knowledge in Traceability Solutions, hardware interface will be an added advantage
Experience in client relationship management and project management
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:
Client interaction for creating the technology specifications from business requirements for modules within the project
To lead the software development as per the business requirements of the Customer while meeting the effort estimate and budget.
Interact with all relevant teams to ensure efficient, coordinated development of software products across the company.
Maintain project plans for software development and report back to management on the progress of projects.
Ensure teams have a detailed understanding of client needs and provide mechanisms to validate products against the standards.
Support end-to-end from initial concept, design and functional specification, code development,documentation and testing of the final product.
Manage direct team members, oversee deliverables conduct staff appraisals, skill sets reviews and general personnel management.
Conduct demonstration of the Company’s products and services to customers where needed.
