These incumbents are the ones who accomplish sales by maintaining and expanding our customer base. They generate demand by promoting the products and managing the distributors and retailers.
Graduate in any discipline
Desire to exceed target and set new benchmarks.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into sales leads.
Willingness to take risks.
Result orientated and self-motivated.
Two-wheeler with valid license & willing to travel extensively.
IT skills – basic
Generate demand for a complete suite of books by making them available to retailers and distributors.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing professors and distributors.
Establishing a new business.
Attending Trade Exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
Promote and sell full line of products for IIT, NEET, GATE, FOUNDATION, UPSC etc.
Regular reporting and maintaining sales report.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments.
Monitor competitor activities.
Call on professors at coaching institutes and individual tuition centres.
Would be responsible for growing the business in the given territory.
