Job Description:
•Should have around 15+ years of experience in managing IT team in a broking / wealth management company
•The candidate should be able to manage all CSEC IT application support and BAU enhancements
•Support and enhance existing application
•Implementation of changes and new applications as per agreed scope and timelines
•Ensure NIL vulnerability systems
•Production support of existing applications
•Enhance the existing systems to meet the growing business needs
•Implementation of new systems
•Identify and implement automation to minimize manual processes
•Ensure all systems are validated for system vulnerability and patched regularly
•Should have domain knowledge of Broking and wealth management business including MF, Bonds, Insurance
•Experience in managing a team of around 10-15 people
•Should be a team player who delegates and gets the team to deliver
•Should be flexible to work on extended timelines if need arises

Technical Competencies:
•Experience in managing Broking and wealth management applications like LD (Backoffice, Rakshak, DP), ODIN, NSE NOW, Wealth management systems
•Knowledge of .NET framework, Java, MEAN Stack etc
•Working knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server databases
•Should have experience in API integrations with external / internal systems
•Transparency in communication with team, peers and superiors
•Should be open to suggestions with ability to justify his thoughts with data
•Optimal utilization of the resources given with proper delegation of work
