Knowing the opinions of clients, specific business requirements, and using product expertise to satisfy those requirements acquiring in-depth understanding of technological requirements to ensure service quality.
Identifying and developing new business through networking and follow-up calls, Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and generate new business leads.
Documentation of Daily Calls, funnels and relevant Details is must.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Any Bachelor’s degree or Masters (Computer Science or IT preferred)
Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed in order to work successfully with customers in ambiguous situations.
Experience in tele calling ,BPO and IT Hardware sales will be preferred.
At least 1 – 2 years of experience In hardware or software in Inside sales to SMB segments, enterprise customers.
Fluent in English and Hindi is must.
