We are looking for fresher’s to handle the following functions
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, Job portals, referral program, etc. for IT hiring / Leadership Hiring.
• The job involves working on Mass Hiring, Entry Level hires and Senior Management hiring.
• Your job will be to meet various timelines assigned, Plan, develop and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with the immediate manager.
• Generate references and maintain good networking with existing talent pool and constantly work on generating new leads.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Generate and maintain weekly, monthly recruitment reports/dashboards.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Coordinate interviews with the Business team managers and following up on the interview process status.
• Maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
