Interviewing (telephonic & F2F) for new profiles and search candidates for vacant profiles
Scheduling interviews, offer negotiation and pre-offer formalities
Complete joining Formalities with Documentation
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, Daily Attendance Management, compensation etc. and resolve related issues and problems
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Good at follow-up Coordination.
Client Coordination & Proper Mail Follow up for projects and payments.
Timely maintenance, ensuring office helping staff/maid keep office premises clean.
Petty Cash Handling.
Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.
Assist in administering benefits, compensation, Policy making, Implementation and employee performance programs.
Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate a smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments.
Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
