Managing the payroll, and the administration of employee benefits and onboarding for the UK, Spain, and India and expanding the scope of the administrative services provided by HRSS where possible to provide further HR admin support to all operating countries i.e., France, Germany, Netherlands, and Denmark.
HR operations and payroll background – UK & India essential (experience of other countries desirable).
Proven stakeholder management skills, internal and external, and at all levels.
Prior experience using an HR information system (we currently use CIPHR).
Proven experience in problem-solving and organizational management practices.
Responsible for HR data integrity, quality, and consistency & all data linked processes to deliver accurate and reliable data at all times.
Fully responsible for the payroll function, collating all relevant payroll instructions for staff in UK (3 entities), Spain and India and provide to external payroll vendor in time for processing in accordance with monthly payment schedules.
Review (ensuring documented by HRSS) and communicate internal HR administrative processes in line with business needs to relevant stakeholders as and when appropriate.
Work with the HRSS team to support the country HR representatives with the proactive delivery of tasks across the employee life-cycle (Starter; Movers; and Leavers).
Design and produce reports to provide management information to stakeholders and develop reports and dashboards which provide and improve the key people data available to managers and stakeholders.
Provide management information to HR team members, relevant managers on request (appropriate to their level) and help with internal and external audits for RTW, HMRC, financial etc.
Develop tools and solutions to assist with the analysis of data – e.g. exit interviews, staff turnover, employee benefit engagement etc.
