Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing Consultation and expertise on expansion of the brand through Company owned company operated stores and franchise operated stores.
Created the franchise Business Model projecting the monthly P&L structure and estimated Return on Investment period for the franchise model.
Prospect for new Properties by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential franchise Investors.
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business’s operational viability.
Responsible for coordinating between the brand and potential investors and responsible for deal making & promoting brands.
Prospecting new clients, giving services to the existing clients & maintained a healthy relationship.
Collecting market data and evaluating information from diverse market sources.
Analyzing information to support and review new and existing marketing and sales strategies.
Attending exhibitions & seminars, apply various methods for generating leads
Achieving high quality sign ups by, proactively identifying new leads and converting them through high quality sales pitches.
Drafting of franchise proposals & agreements by analyzing brands function, customer requirements & negotiations.
Handling one to one Meeting with prospect to close the deal & Signup process.
