Channel Sales Manager

Primary Responsibilities:
Understanding customers\' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers\' systems and processes, and then documenting them.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed in order to work successfully with customers in high stress and or ambiguous situations.
Basic understanding of some of the following technologies:
Networking, Storage, Linux, TCP/IP
Understanding of Cloud Computing and VDI.
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer facing environment.
Ability to follow standard engineering principles and practices.
Logical approach to problem solving.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science preferred)
MBA in marketing will be preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in hardware and/or software sales to SMB, enterprise and public administration customers
Fluent in English and Hindi (Additional languages as per regionals are beneficial)
Good inter-personal skills, building relationships with customers on all levels and functions
