Roles & Responsibilities
You are responsible for the implementation of Cargo Wise at our customers as well as optimization, release change or transition projects until go-live
You will work in close cooperation with the project management team on all aspects of the implementation at the customer site
You will be responsible for analyzing current customer processes and training new processes in Cargo Wise with our customers - online or on-site as required by our customers, therefore this role will involve international travel
You proactively ensure that you stay up to date with new Cargo Wise software developments
Implement and support Cargo wise systems for new and existing customers, including design, product configuration, testing, data conversion, user acceptance test, and go-live support.
Gather information for the development of custom applications to complement or integrate with existing software
Handling tickets would be an added advantage.
You have a degree in business administration, logistics or IT or have completed training in logistics (e.g. freight forwarder)
You have a strong understanding of technology and its application as well as experience in project management
Extensive knowledge of Cargo Wise one, preferably with CCP certification
You build trust quickly and reliably through your good analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal
You can structure yourself very well independently and have the ability to deal with intercultural teams
