Business Development Sales Lead

Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential customers using various sources such as social media, online directories, and other tools
Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and purchase behavior
Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and increase brand awareness
Collaborate with other teams to improve the lead generation process, including analyzing metrics and identifying areas for improvement
Manage and maintain the lead database, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Communicate regularly with sales team to ensure a seamless handover of leads
Provide regular reports and analysis to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Ensure lead to conversion and meet and exceed targets assigned and agreed upon.

Requirements:
5 years of sales experience in a related industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Salesforce is an added advantage
