Hotline Telephonic support for service and technical help.
Follow up of Customer PO, Our Invoice, and repair process
Follow up of payments terms and pending payments.
Update customer data base.
Follow up and achievement of annual maintenance contract
The service Engineer has Daily/weekly report to Business Manager SBU4, to feed and keep up to date following data:
Offer record, PO, Invoice status, Repair status table
Repairs schedule of previous and coming week
Follow up of repair order processing from order to delivery and completed
Pending payments ,Customer database
